Nagpa-install ako ng solar kay GoSolar Philippines 7 months ago, at sobrang sulit. Wala akong naging problema, ang smooth ng process, at laki ng nabawas sa electric bill ko. Shoutout kay Sir JD, sobrang approachable at laging andyan para sumagot sa mga tanong ko. Kung nagbabalak ka mag-solar, highly recommended sila!

Good customer service & during installation Engr. & The team work together, hndi nang iwan ang Eng. SA MGA Tayo Nia despite na 3rd & 4th flr Kami sobrang effort para mag akyat panaog tingnan ang 2 location… Well coordinated Naman during installation..napakayos dn Ng pag install Nila lalo na pagdating SA pag akyat Ng materials SA 4th flr. despite of nagkaroon Ng problem after 2 days of installation ( SA part na namen Yun kinalawang ang main switch) na nagcaused Ng flactuation Ng electricity… Ang bilis Ng aftersale Nila, si Engr. Ralph Mismo ang nag asikaso even Gabi na may concern ako, nirereplyan Nia ako.,nagpadala Sia agad Ng titingin. hoping na hndi magbago ang kanilang aftersale sale!!! After a few weeks of using our solar , napansin namin na parang hindi nagrreflect agad yung expected output, kaya medyo nag-alala kami. Good thing lang talaga na sobrang responsive ng aftersales ng Go Solar . Nag message ako, and agad nachineck remotely yung system. Malinaw din yung explanation nila kung ano yung nangyayari and what steps they’ll take. Special kudos kay Engr. Mizar and the team navery hands on, patient sa pag-explain, at mabilis mag-resolve ng concern!
